Hey all. I am looking for a dealer in the philadelphia area that is open minded about working on modified cars. I own a 2000 RS and would like to turbo charge the hell out of it even though it will clearly void the warranty. Are there dealers that are open to doing work on these cars if they are turbo charged or am I screwed if I do this. I ask everyone with newer Imprezas (with warranties) that are turbo charged to help me out.

It's about an hour and a half North of Philly, but you might try Tom Todaro at Faulkner Subaru in Bethlehem, PA. Take the PA Pike/NE Extension/476 North to Allentown. Hop on 22E for about 10 minutes. Get off at 512, take a right at the end of the exit, left at the second light, loop around to the dealership. Can't miss it.

He's big on modifying Imprezas and is looking into warrantied turbos. Give him a call...610-867-4177, tell him Sean Hamor sent you. I've talked with him a lot about modification of Imprezas and the like.

Faraz is right. Faulkner sux. Actually I've been to the only 3 Scoob dealers in the Lehigh Valley and they have given me crap at one time or another abuot mods. The most common exuse I got was "you have an aftermarket exhaust, huh!? Sorry sir we can't warrantee you vehicle with those modifications."
