Hey all,

I was just wondering which Subaru dealership I should go to. I went to Stevens Creek, and had an all around terrible experience. Santa Cruz or Carlson Subaru in Redwood City. those 2 are pretty good.

I got mine from Bret at Downtown in Oakland, but everyone here says go to Santa Cruz.

Yeah Santa Cruz Subaru is the best. Even though i am from fremont i still drive down there to get any work on my car done there.

I bought my 2002 at Albany Subaru. I do the regular service of my 1995 Impreza there too. I can't really say what constitutes excellent service, but I think they did just fine. They actually did several follow-up calls to make sure I was completeley satisfied.

Got mines at Albany too..got a good deal on it. Can't rush it if u want a good deal.

Santa Cruz hands down, it will pay off if you have any warranty issues and you car is modded no hassle.

I bought mine at Carlsen in Redwood City for 8% over invoice at a time when no one had any in stock. I worked with Greg - nice guy, no pressure. I'm going over the hill for service, though.
