hi i have a 06 sti with esplier gt lowering spring will these fit my car with any problem with off set or anything i dont no that much about wheels thank you very much

Yes, the rims will fit.
The offset is lower than stock, which can possibly cause increased wear on the bearings.
The stock offset for the 2006 STi is +53mm. This means the offset of the volks is 10mm off.
I ride on Enkei RPF1's that are +45mm offset, no problems.
There's people on here that have used +38mm offsets. Thats really pushing it.
In my opinion if its a good deal, get the wheels. The +43 offset should be fine, but thats all a judgement call.
I don't know what kind of clearance issues you're going to have on a 19inch rim with 245 tires. The sidewall isn't that large and the tires aren't that wide so it shouldn't be much of a issue. Your biggest issue would be depending on the width of tire you go, if the +43 offset pushes the wheel out of the wheel well so far that it hits the outer fender wall.

Yeah it *should* be fine.
Like I said, the only issue would be if it rubs against the outside of the fender when in a full rotation since the offset is so low.
