It seems that Goodyear has mail-in rebate going for them.
Now the problem is that tirerack.com (http://http://www.tirerack.com/tires/specialevents/gy_cars_card_06.jsp) claims that it is 25$ and goodyear.com (http://www.goodyeartires.com/img/promotions/25cashCard/certificate_gytires03.pdf) has it as 100$

Whom to trust? My bet is on manufacturer.

Call tirerack and sort it out, and get those tires before you change your mind over something stupid, they ROCK!!!

I got SAAB wheels (BBS RK) for 400 + 5% MA sales tax and now I am bidding my time to buy good summer tires for least amount of money.

My problem is that I do not really need them. What makes more sense for me now is to look for cheap winter tires but Dunlops M3 are gone and LM-25 and Alpin Arctic still command almost 140$ per tire.

Love the Dunlop M3's :). You've got good taste in tires...lol.

$100 rebate? Wow, thanks, I didn't even know about this!

It is "cash card". Whatever it might be.
The amount of money is the problem. There is 75$ discrepancy(sp?) between tirerack and goodyear.

Goodyear's own documentation says $100. Even if it's credit at Goodyear, that's worth a free spare tire. I hope it's not one of those "may not be combined with other offers" thing.

AGH! I got mine a couple months ago for the $40 rebate. Now it's $100! AGH!!!!!

And I thought I was getting a deal THEN.

Did you get the tires on special or normal prices?

I got 215/45/17 for $99 each + the $40 on a set of 4.
