Step one would be to watch where you're walking, it's not as if he's new to the concept of cameramen being around.

Step two would be to be an adult, regardless of what caused the accident.

Let's face it, walking into a camera being held by a person isn't going to hurt that much, he was embarassed and became very upset because he was in front of other cameramen and his g/f/wife. that and his career's downward spiral, lol

What I saw was JPM exchanging a greeting with Bernie, and the camera guy who was following Bernie running into JPM.

I'd say it's both of their faults. Neither were watching where they were going. However, one handled it like an adult and the other just about cried about it. I would think you would have to be somewhat mature to drive a million dollar F1 car, but I guess I was wrong.
BTW Bernie was 5 feet in front of JPM and his wife, they were not talking to Bernie.

I agree with Ferg. It's ridiculous for us to say he handled it wrong. He didn't do anything. He didn't punch him. He didn't sue him. He didn't have him ejected from the paddock. He got pissed and his wife kept it from getting out of hand. The million-dollar car thing has just about nothing to do with it. And even though he was 5 feet from Bernie he was finishing up his conversation with him. You can tell because he and Connie were still facing Bernie's direction while Bernie was looking in their direction.
Calm down. He got pissed but getting hit with a camera.
