i'm new to the forum i just got my 06 wrx.. and read about parts. and installs.
got my hks cat back hi-power catless invidia with divorce waste gate. dp
k&n drop in filter blitz bov and B&M shifter.. car kicks ass can keep up with stock sti's but i'm having problems.. just wanted to know if getting a boots controler help the boost creep? or i hafto get it ported? as i dont know hwo to port and dont know anyone who does.. what should i do?? thanks in advanced.

I don't see EM listed anywhere there. Are the stock STis you're keeping up with driving 20 mph, stuttering and sputtering, into the junkyard? Because that's where your car is headed without some EM.

and it was a 06 stock sti.. i love how the new wrx is underestimated.

thanks lobel guess there's no other way but to get it ported..
will see if i can findsomenoe to remove turbo so i can send it to deadbolt.

Or you could sell your catless DP and buy a catted one. The port job isn't guaranteed to fix the issue, since the 2.5 is too big for the TD04 in general. A catted 3'' DP and Cobb AP fixed my boost creep, in Cobb's stage 2 maps they changed the wastegate cycle duty so your less prone to get boost creep.

i see i'm saving up for a utec but its still in the distant future.

Does "keep up" constitute you still being able to see him in front of you?
The 2.5 is not underestimated on this site.
Its simply not happening in the real world especially if you dont have EM with your set up.
The STI driver was playing with ya. :lol:
