There are two fans when you look into the STI engine bay. Only the right one seems to work on mine. Is there something wrong? It is very hot today, 90 degrees plus and I would have figured the other fan would have turned on. Thanks.

one is engine cooling other is for when AC is on....turn on your AC and see it if starts up in a moment or 2. If no go on, check relays-fuses in the drives side engine bay fuse box and fuse box under the dash by hood relese

It dose not turn on. What am I looking for with the fuses? This might be why my car is over heating when I have the AC on...

well ya......... you will over heat with only 1 fan running with AC on

in the top of the fuse box lid (engine bay) is a fuse layout.....check the 2 ( I think they are 30amp )fuses for fan relay-fuse. the 2 in the enging bay will have lil windows on the top to see if thay are blown. If you cant see you will have to probe them with a test light. U have an 05.......you should be under warranty for the labor I think

The owner's manual or the relay box cover should also say which relay is which.

Will check those out. Been real busy. Warranty is gone because of engine modifications. Thanks.

You may as well try, since this isn't an engine problem, but an electrical one. If they don't cover it, they don't.
