If any of you are familiar with labview, has anyone found a way to link up labview with the data comin from the car's ob2 data port?

Don't know of a (cheap) odb2 opc server. Look at kepware's roll-your-own serial opc server, which lets you completely define the protocol pretty simply. Then you need info on odb2, which I'm not sure about.

Man, I haven't used labview since macintosh system 7. You can log easily with ECUexplorer, found here (http://www.tari.co.za/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?virboard=ecuExplorer_LatestReleases;num=11 28666075)

Everything is all set up, just plug and play.

yeah i will probably use a pre-written program for all the practical stuff like the gauges and whatnot, but i just think it would be fun to do something with all the data comin from that port
