I also have a set of cusco rear alloy top hats and bushings and a set of cusco coil over rear springs 8k rated, I think. Not sure what to ask for?

Made the move to coilovers and these are avalible. They include the OEM top hats and bushings all ready to drop right in. Plenty of miles left, perfect working order, I just upgraded.

Local pick up prefered, cause shipping to the west coast might cost a bit.

Yes I think it will fit an '04 STi. I put in a set of Cusco coilovers that I think came off of a '04 STi. But Please check as ultimately fit is the buyers responsibility. The springs do drop the car but I don't know how much from an OEM '04 STi. Check with a vendor on both fitment and drop. Those should be easy question to get answered.
