You need a complete harness or just the ECU portion? I have the ECU portion from an '01 RS, including the split harness for the O2 sensors, and the ECU as well if you needed it. PM me or reply if interested...

I've got a ton of scrap sohc harnesses too.. none fully complete.

You need to find a DOHC motor... the SOHC swap is not worth the hassle.

That's a hell of a lot of work for a swap of equal power. What I have is all that you would need, but I don't know that you want to undertake it. And realistically, if you found a complete harness it would be easier and less time consuming than all the cutting and splicing...

The last rally we went to we met a guy with a Legacy that had picked up a rolled Forester and swapped out the entire drivetrain (DOHC 2.5 for SOHC) and suspension. We thought it was sort of odd.
