View Full Version : 06 City lights Jasonzemos 06-06-2006, 06:27 AM Im looking for a way to disable the city lights inside the 06 headlights without removing or unplugging the bulbs. They're unsightly with the HIDs when they're on. It would be great if there was a wire for them somewhere in the cabin -- perhaps where the drl module is? I'm planning to install a switch for them so if anyone knows where the right wires are please post. Zalthras 06-06-2006, 03:32 PM They're wired up to the parking lights, if you want to disable the lights with a switch, you'd need to add a switch inline to either the ground or positive of both lights. Or an even better solution is to rewire the ground to a relay that is controlled by the headlights, so if you turn on the headlights it shuts off the citylights, but otherwise would be on with just parking lights.
