:confused: I was wondering if any one has any insight on how to remove the harmonic balancer off of my 04 sti. Is the anyway to lock it up so I can turn the bolt? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. TYIA

TYIA Uncle Scotty 06-08-2006, 02:48 AM .....6th gear and have a buddy stand on the brakes....LONG---think 24" breaker bar. do NOT bork this procedure....!!!!!!!!!....DO use a 1/2 drive breaker bar and a 6pt socket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unabomber 06-08-2006, 09:35 AM What Scotty said. Or you can put the car into 5th or 6th gear and that will hold it so you can do it solo.
