The panel is available, but it's not simple a bolt on affair. It would have to be cut off if you're referring to the rear quarter panel. I assume you are talking about the left rear door? It just has 2 very light scratches that aren't that visible until you start to look closer. It has no dents or anything.

do you have the hose coming from the wastegate solenoid, the coupler, the tee, and the two lines that go to the turbo and the wastegate actuator, esp the one going to the turbo with the restrictor in it?

I have the line that runs from the factory boost solenoid to the wastegate (it has one step down connector in it). And I have another line that runs from the factory boost solenoid to the inlet pipe. That's all I have.

I'm not sure when I'd get a chance to have it tested. Kinda a lot of trouble for such an inexpensive part. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work, it just got some battery acid on the exterior during the accident.
