hey guys.. firstly i wanna say...i am having way more problems with the mechanical side of my swap as compared to the wiring side, mostly cause there is waayyyyyy more documentation on wiring and almost none on vacuum hoses, coolant hoses, oil lines, engine bay plugs etc.. so anyway(sorry for the rant :) )

i got a jdm v7 engine/tranny(no dccd) an i'm using a wrx chassis harness and where the plugs come into the engine bay, i cant find mates to a bunch of them.. so if someone could inlighten me as to what these are or where they go, that would be fantastic :)

also "B" is a tranny plug that was cut by the importer.. what should i do here?

ill do the easy ones:

C= maybe rear o2
E= engine?
F= front O2
D= boost cyl.
G= maf

Where is the cut off harness coming from?

both o2 sensors plug into other only grey connectors(like the one just below "A") , so i think c and f are wrong, and i couldnt find anywhere on the engine to plug "E" but maybe i need to look harder.. is for "D" and "G" i think your spot on.. thx a ton:)

Where is the cut off harness coming from?

it is coming up off of "B", and is 3 pins, i really have to figure this one out cause i'll prolly have to splice into it as i have no plug that will fit there..

e front o2 4 wire

as i mentioned, the o2 sensor in my uppipe which i assume is the front, already has a home and its 2 wire, is this one a wrx only plug and not used?

A= RS Neutral Switch and Reverse switch, on the WRX this is one four pin plug.
B= Vehicle Speed sensor, this must be spliced into the harness. Check page E/G (TB) -2 of your diagram.
C= extension for your rear o2 sensor.
D= Boost controll solenoid.
E= Plugs into RS' Cruise Control system, you can leave this in the car or cut it off.
F= EGT probe, This is not used on JDM engines as it is for emissions.
G= MAF, plugs into the top of your air box.

I'm guessing that you picked up an AVCS kit from one of the fine vendors on the board to make that eliment of your engine function.

my god you are rediculously helpful... anyway more clarification questions.. :) firistly.. as i mentioned i have my rear o2 pluged in not using "C" and i know that "C" does look similar to the o2 plug, but I think that it is the 4pin plug that u talk about in "A"....... if "A" is a 4 pin plug on the wrx how come it was on the wrx harness? what should i do with them(splice into the 4 pin plug?

You could be correct on that plug. You'll have to look on your transmission. If it then branches out into two groups that go into the transmission then that is the revers/neutral plug. There should be one on the harness, it is black. If you do not have one I think I may have one in my pile of harness bits that I have collected from the dozens of swaps that I have done over the years. If you can't find it Paypal me a couple bucks and I'll ship it out to you.

ok.. i'm pretty sure thats the one for the neutral/reverse and i found a plug in my intercooler box for it.. fits correctly and its got 4 wires..but how do i know how to wire it properly.. ie:where do i find a shematic :)

also as for avcs.. i didnt get one from the vendors... i made one with the help of JeremyRS.. :)
