WOW these muffler hangers are great. If you don't like your muffler doing a little dance when you rev your engine, get these hangers. I think they are about 3 times thicker than the toy hangers on the stock muffler. Yikers. I bet I'm getting 3-5 more HP ;) I wouldn't doubt it though, it is Cusco.

Shall I assume, then, that you both got a pair of these hangers, not the set of four for cat-back?

I read else where that the two for the muffler were really all that's needed, and with a new Brullen cat-back on the way, gotta make sure it's not gonna fly around much.

I have all four but I've only put the 2 on the muffler for now. I'm having a new midpipe made right now and I'll put the other's on when that get's installed. The stock hanger's are a joke.

I have all four on. My exhaust was banging the differential protector before. When I had only two installed, it held up fine, but with really hard driving, it would hit; it was livable though. With four, it doesn't do a thing that I don't want it to do. I'd say just get all four.

I just use tie-wrap and tie the rear most hangers up, tight. Works really well. It doesn't look as neat, if you were to stick your head under the car and look. Who would do that often. It is free though, or at most a fraction of the price.

The method has stopped the occasional muffler banging to the rear swaybar.

I don't recommend using non-urethane components too close to the exhaust though. My first attempts made pretty nice fires in my garage. dumb move. rubber definitely melts and burns. tie wrap, thats a nice solution.

Yeah Prodrive-R, tie-wrap is working nicely. The hangers don't really get too hot, I believe and stock ones are rubber.

I used a couple of 99 cent host clamps around the stock rubber hangars to great effect.

Where can this fine Cusco part be purchase may I ask?

Which way did you put them around the stock hangers? I assume it will be fairy easy to tell one I get up under the car but, since mine is lowered it take a lot of effort to get up under there. Also what size did you use? This weekend a friend said mine was moving around like crazy as he was following me.

Kartboy sells made-in-the-USA urethane hangers, but they're not JDM l33t. The Cusco ones are good for at least 5 more horsepower ;)

I knew I could of gotten 5 more hp out of Cusco.

How do they compare to Kartboys hangers? I know Kartboy has longer hangers but as for stiffness is there a big difference
