I bought sti struts and springs from him over 3 months ago

and still have not recieved anything or any money back.

-To his credit he did ship them through ups with a tracking number but ups managed to lose them.
-After 2 months ups gave him a refund but I have yet to see any of the money and he will not respond.
-He gave me the excuse that ups didn't give him the right amount and he is still trying to work it out with them.
-I told him to give me what they did give back so I know he is not scamming me and there has been no response this was the last email I recieved from him below.
-I sent him money through paypal and trusted him because he had a positive 2 feedback on here and didn't seem like a punk.
-Unfortunately I did not file a claim with paypal in time because I trusted that he was going to work it out with ups and send me by money back as he was very responsive for the first 45 days before their deadline and was still in the process of getting a refund from ups.
-I didn't pay with a credit card so I can't go that route.

-His name is Norris Myers Jr. I want my money back asap or atleast whatever they've given you so far. If there is anybody out there that knows him or has any suggestions please help me resolve this.

I have his address but don't know if I'm allowed to post it on here so here is some info on his location from his posts on here

ups did not send me the correct amount, I'm still trying to work it out with them, and i had to change my email address b/c of spam, did you try anything with paypal yet?

excuses.... that's nice. it's the seller's responsibility to give you the money even if it's out of his own pocket... and then he'll be repaid when UPS reimburses him.. IMO. good luck.

Yea, I told him about it last weekend, he said he's still waiting on UPS...

I know his brother and he's a good guy so I'm hoping it applies to his brother as well (I'm sure it does). I'm sure this will get resolved shortly. Still sucks though, which is why I almost never buy used from private people.

If you know him and his brother why not lean on him to do the right thing ???

It's simple. I know his brother, but we don't hang out, talk, or even know last each other's last names. I know how to get in contact with him just like everyone else...through PM's. This is also with Norris, not his brother that I know, so there is not much I can do in any way here. Plus, what am I going to say? "give the guy his money back please."

Sorry about what's happened, but if there was something I could actually do short of threatening him I would, but I'm not about to do something illegal.

So all in all I have recieved 215 dollars from Norris minus paypal fees. I appreciate him giving me what he has so far but don't understand why he wants to split the shipping and stop at 215 when ups should have reimbursed him for the shipping plus the price of the take offs. I guess the real issue is that he has never told me how much they gave him. So I'd have to say this is somewhat resolved but not totally, I didn't want to bring up the fact that I wasn't okay with 215 initially because I was worried I wouldn't get anything. 215 minus paypal fees is 35 short of 250 minus paypal fees not to mention the amount of time that it has taken to get my money back, I'd like to hear from Norris what ups gave him so I can determine whether 215 back is fair or not and so this can get resolved and this thread can go bye bye.
