Spamming your own auctions? http://www4.ncsu.edu/~tjsupple/icons/thumbsdown.gif

Ebay posts come up all the time in the Legacy forum because the parts are hard to get.

I see no problem, either. Us Legacy guys don't get many things for sale as it is. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

My bad, my understanding was that spamming one's ebay auctions on any forum was looked down upon.

Yeah, I don't mind if he does it once or twice every five years. he's always been a positive member of this forum. I have a problem with someone joining just to promote their stuff for sale...

I have to ask though... how'd you get so screwed on that r/c car?!? All that stuff was worth about $250 new, not $600 new... I could use the spare parts for my tt-01, so I may bid on it, unless you don't want me to for poking fun at your $600 comment. I may not win it, but at least I can help put the price up to where it deserves to be. You should be able to get around $100 for that stuff (maybe a bit more since it's so close to new)...

not sure how I got that $600 number. My brother bought most of the parts for me as a gift and he said that is what the stuff cost. At this point I'd be happy if someone bid $100 for it and at least enjoyed using it. I feel bad that it sits on a shelf. :(

well, that car is very enjoyable to drive around a parking lot. With an esc instead of the stock msc and longer-lasting battery, it should give you a ton of fun. Someone here with a bit of free cash should surely want it. I have one and love it...

good work. You got $91 for your car. That's about what I expected. I think I predicted between $75 and $100. I wonder if the winner is from nasioc?!?

these are just extra parts I sold. Can you believe the wood trim got $150!!!! I thought nobody would want that stuff! Maybe it got more because it was a complete set (more than the US cars ever came with). crazy.

on the RC car I had a friend bid $90 for it just so I wouldn't give it away for less than that and then someone bid it to $91. :)

no, they would have bought it for $90, so that was fair.
