He meant like a .eps or adobe illustrator file, that way you can scale them and print them with no loss of quality...

This is gonna sound real odd... but check at the HPI racing (http://www.hpiracing.com) forums. There was a guy there that did a LOT of logos in vector format to make paint masks for RC cars.

Hopefully they're back up after HPI wiped the forums.
