I'm going to bet that there will be a turbo Legacy in a couple years.
For all that was at the Prescott Forest Rally at the AzScooby.com/SOA meet, when someone asked about the Turbo Legacy, did the SOA reps just kind of look at each other funny and continue to the next topic? :) :)
So, i'm hoping! Blitzen, here we come!

The fellas at the dealership mentioned to me that they heard the Legacy, maybe even for 2003, may have a version of the 3.0 litre thats in the outback. That would be a step up. I drove a nice looking Legacy GT, but the 4-cyl is just not enough. I think it's an attractive car, and with 220 hp, and all the things its got inside. It would be a much nicer alternative to a bunch of more expensive cars.

I've heard 2004-2005, too. It will be a luxo sport sedan if it comes, competing with the 5 series, A6, etc, etc.
Subaru will have to change some things, though, if they want to compete with those big boys. :)

I've got it in printed form that in 2005 We'll see a Turbo legacy with a facelift. (B4?)
This info is from a local dealership here in PA.
Also look for the STi in 2003 and a larger, turbo Forester in 2004.
