Just wondering how easy is it to replace the foglight bulbs on my 05 wrx? Has anyone ever done this?

i think you can just go under the front of the car, remove the splash guard (3 clips a side), twist off the cap, unclip the bulb and replace. Its supposed to be a big pain to do though cause u have to contort your hand.

If you are under 36K miles, take it to the dealer

FYI i replaced the OEM H3 foglight bulb with the Silverstars. it looks just like the regular white light, don't waste your $40. I wanted something to match the HID look, HID's and white lights are retarted.

im changin my fog light bulb now .. and i cant figure it out .. so u dont go thru the front . cause when someone did it for me .. he did it by takin off the fog light cover first then did something else .. so im stuck ?

if im gonna buy new foglight bulbs do i need to know anything else besides that i need H3? is there a model# i should look for??

Just H3. Then decide on the wattage. I recommended sticking with the stock wattage or risk having the possibility of melted plastic or wiring.

I replaced the bulbs in my fog lights three weeks ago. Pain in the butt as in it took me like 7-9 minutes a side.

Thanks man; I assume I can find the wattage in the owners manual? Or do ya know if off hand? (I'm 'missing' the manual aka I loose alot of my ***** all the time)

55 watts is the stock wattage for the fogs.
