Thanks for the bump, but I don't think there is any resolution yet. I have been selling and buying off Nasioc for many years and this is my first time got scammed. That's a shame that we have such person in this community. I hope someone is out there to teach him a lesson.

BTW, please do not buy stuff with MONEY ORDER. once the money order is mailed out, its like giving away money, it really depends on the seller's moral, if he is moraless, then your money is gone. I hope whoever sees this post learn from my mistake.

What did you buy from him ? Did you pay by postal money order ? If paid by postal money order, you can call (800)372-8347 to report fraud. (receipt needed).

Yea he was a Legacy guy before he got his Audi, he also scammed me out of a Walbro Fuel pump, too. He hasn's responded to any of my PMs or Emails in a month and a half-I even left him positive feedback because i mistakenly thought i recieved it.

I agree, street justice is one thing. Getting this situation resolved is a complete different matter.

After having my money taken and no part sent back to me (which is the only part keeping my turbo build from complete) it's almost a spit in the face that he still visits the forum on a daily basis.

It's good that we call his parents, he maybe 18 but if he's still acting like a minor and is still in their home he deserves to be treated like one.

I'm calling his parents - I'm going to call them from my office desk while I'm on duty for the Marion County Sheriff's office.

This kid is rediculous. Guys antime someone asks for money orders or checks say NO WAY. Pay Pal is your friend!!! Losing 3% on the fee is a lot less than losing all your money. I really hope you guys find this kid and talk to him in person. I know I would like to after hearing about this.
