I picked up a Schroth 4-pt quick-fit harness from HMS Motorsports at a recent trackday and really recommend it. HMS was kind enough to install it while I was riding shotgun in my instructors car, but it seems VERY straight-forward. Basically, you bolt one male seatbelt clip onto the rear seat mounting points, and one to the mounting point on the door-side of the seat. The harness plugs into those points and also into the stock female clips (one in back, one in front). Since you're clipped into the normal drivers seat belt location, 1) your harness will still use the car's pre-tensioning 2) the airbag won't inflate at full-force in a crash, 3) no annoying seatbelt light.
Driving with a harness is like night and day. You have so much more balance and control that everything is easier (and you can concentrate more on driving).
I paid $225, which seems to be consistent with a number of vendors on the web.
