ya but its the same program that you use for street tuner, and data loger but the software is different just trying to get some general feedback

It doesn't have anything to do with streettuner. A group of enthusiasts figured out how to read and flash the ECU in most modern Subarus (ECUflash). After collecting copies of various ecu images (often called roms), they started to figure out how the data was arranged. Tuning programs started popping up, like Ecuedit and Enginuity. A free logger came about as well (Ecuexplorer). Later, Ecuflash added tuning capability.
