Underneath the stearing column is a green wiring harness used to diagnostic testing of the ECU. There is another similar harness right next to it. It is multi pronged. Does this "mulitprong harness" connect to anything? I am in the process of trying to solve an electrical problem i am having and was wondering if the was the solution. By the way FYI it is an 04 STi

No, you should leave those green plugs alone. They are for dealer diagnostics and pre-delivery inspection only. The only other reason you would use them is with an Accessport to enable map uploading.
