hi ben, the ipod came in today. i'm happy that it finally came in, but it didnt come with all the items which we had discussed prior to payment.

"comes with box earphones usb cable"

it came without a box and without the usb cable to connect to the computer. was that the reason for partial money back? thanks

i dont like to complain and i usually never have to, but, the "practically brand new" ipod has a broken HOLD button too.

yes, i think its still a cool buy. But its always good as a seller to label your item properly. Ben's been a good sport about things though. It came to my house after 26 days from payment and i've been hounding him almost everyday for the past 15 days. I know if i was him, i'd get pretty ticked off having a buyer bug me almost everyday, but then again, i do have my reasons.. 26 days is quite some time.

I'm still awaiting the usb cable that he forgot to send. And let me guess Xyko, this is my fault too?

the point is, i paid for what was said would be given (in pm form). I didnt receive 2 things still. Asking for only the USB cable, which was part of the original transaction, is reasonable.

I know the USB cable can be had for $7 on ebay, but its the principle. I even talked to him and he said he would send it. If he said he wont, then that's fine. I'll just buy one. I didnt buy a cable yet because he said it would be shipped. I just dont like people beating around the bush. if you dont want to send it, no biggie, just say so. Its only 7 bucks. But if you say you will, then do it.

amen its the princable of the fact that he said he would send it and hasnt is the problem here. im just shocked on the length of time it has taken to try and complete this sale. dang i would be on a plane by now personally finding this person.
