Lurker comes out of hiding for a moment. Just a quick question for the WRX owners: is the quality of the paint and windshields getting any better? Or is it still too early to make a judgement? I'm getting used to the headlights, but I'm afraid of replacing windshields every 6 months, given the state of Colorado roads.

i have had my car since may, and have about 5k on it and still non major chips or scratches. i have a stongard kit though, it helps out A LOT!

I've had my two Subies (WRX & Forester) since May,
and I've seen no greater paint chip problems than with any other of my new cars...
I still can't figure out what all the paint fuss is about:lol:
