Many Subaru's now have ISO-FIX child seat compatability.
Has anyone bought an ISO-FIX child seat for use with their Subie?
I would be interested in knowing the name of the seat manufacturer, the model number and your comments.
Thanks!

I have been looking off and on for a while now. I am looking to upgrade my daughter's seat to a booster, but all my tries at the retail level have gotten me nowhere...let me know if you find any.

I bought a Fisher-Price Safe Embrace II from amazon.com a few months ago.....it is ISOFIX/LATCH compatible and I love it. After I hooked it up you literally cannot move the seat a fraction of an inch (the cloth seats help). I've looked for this seat at amazon since I bought mine but could not find it. I bet in coming months these seats will be more available as more and more cars go to this type of anchor. ps here's a link that might help....www.fisher-price.com/us/products/product.asp?id=621

Glenn, as always you are helpful beyond belief!
I have heard about the Fisher Price Safe Embrace II but apparently it is no longer made (!?)
I will have to find out if Britax is available anywhere in Canada.
I also discoverd Cosco does make some LATCH or ISO-FIX seats, at least the model 02-935 seems to be compatible

If anyone else has some experience or suggestions on ISO-FIX seats I would b interested to hear!

Odd, that URL says it covers Canada but does not list any Canadian retailers.
I would highly recommend Britax products. I've been using them for 5 years (2 kids) and they are great. They are not cheap.
Also, lest anyone think they are not macho, Britax has a strong motorsport history - they made racing harnesses (used on rally and race cars in Europe) as far back as the 60's.
