I've looked at most of the suggested stores on here. I've done engine searches, but I still cann't find a company who will do a reflash for the 95 Legacy. Or even a 2.2

Please point me to someone who does these

As far as I know no-one does reflashing for those (sorry) old ECU's, they are to dangerous (very high failure rate) to flash.

also, you are looking for tuning on a NA motor, there is close to no gain to get. Subaru did their homework properly on all the NA engines. even todays.

I will have to agree with Ben on this one. We do offer a reflash for a few NA vehicles but only the 99-2004 NA models. Even these years there is little power to be had compared to a turbo vehicle. Then there is the issue of reflashing the older ECU's, since these use a removable eprom it needs to be pulled off and mounted to a eprom flasher. Once flashed, it needs to be reinstalled onto the ecu board. This is very time consuming and the failure rate is much higher than the the new ECU's.
