2 Wheels have minor rash on spokes, from rubbing curb. They've been touched up after the pics were taken. No bends, no vibrations, all wheels/tires balance perfect 0.0 oz. In fact all 4 were road force balanced, and ranged between 8-12lbs, (20lbs is typical for most wheels).

No, the wheels do not weigh 8-12lbs. That is the road force measured when balanced. Most wheels/tires measure around 20lbs. 40lbs is about as high as you can go without too much vibration. So 8-12lbs is VERY good.
