Depending on if you need machine work for the springs and cams.
You can DIY, motor out of the car and heads off would be the easiest way. I have done springs on a chevy without removing the heads, but if the valve drops while doing it the heads have to come off.
You need to reset the valve lash when the new cams are put in.

i already have the heads off the car and the stock cams have been removed. i just need the valve springs and cams installed and have the valve lash adjusted

I am paying 250.00 to have a machine shop do the work. rip apart the head. and reinstall and machine the heads to fit the bigger valves. and set the lash.

2-3 hours of a good mechanic's time. Machine work on the valve seats more $$.

Plan on buying new buckets to adjust the lash.

or you can have the shop grind the valve stem to adjust the lash.. then you can reuse your stock buckets
