It's not a cupholder. It's for tollcards (I think that's what someone who was familiar with the JDM said).

I wonder if I can get the housing and motor for the In-dash NAV system from Subaru? Then I can install my gauges in it and they can "go away" when I'm not using them.

Anybody know how to get in touch with Subaru of Japan? Is it as simple as the local dealer?
