I found a 2000 RS wrecked at a local yard. Beyond repair, but I could get the LSD and axels, MAP and ECU. I know the LSD would work, but what about the ECU and MAP? Sounds logical to me.

If anyone knows, you could really help me out. I can take my search from just the 00 and newer RS's, to any with the Phase II. I'm trying to have some $$ left over to do some mods, and still not loose my arse when I trade it in on the STi.;)

I could get the LSD and axelsThese would work. Don't how easy/hard it'd be to install set-up the MAP.. ECU pinouts are different too so don't know if wiring would be a direct swap.. I doubt it.

No problem. Is there a scamatic (sp?) somewhere that shows both? Or, is there an easier way to accomplish this?

hmm interesting idea about switching from the MAF to a MAP... anyone know how much it would be to buy an MAP and install it?

I had planned on swapping parts witht the junkyard, as they would probably have more of a market for a MAF (as they blow all the time), than the MAP. I don't think the 99 ECU would work with the MAP though. It'd be sweet as hell if it did, but it's highly unlikely.

The MY00 has a AF sensor instead of a front oxygen sensor in previous years so the ECU won't be a direct plugin
