I certainly noticed that the TireRack's selection of Impreza-friendly wheels roughly doubled or even tripled after the WRX's debut... 4 years of RS' and nadda.

What's interesting to me is the way some these new vendors/tuners all stop by the i-Club and start talking like they're a great authority on Subarus. Some of them may be the real deal, some of them may be pretenders, but there's really no way to tell.

Maybe we should have a vendor/tuner resume feature, so when a newbie with 4 posts jumps into a thread and starts spouting off, we'll know if it's Trey Cobb or Joe Wannabe.

Still, you gotta love the attention that Subarus are getting. Let's hope that these new tuners take note of the fact that Subaru didn't build their first car in March, 2001. http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/wink.gif

I have noticed a number of new vendors - new products, not just resellers of the old products - since the WRX has been introduced.

Granted, many of these vendors have had only WRX offerings, but to me, the good news is they are here and see the value of the commerce.

Enthusiasm is good!

you will see more and more vendors show up...
and soon prices will fall as competition increases...
