I think we all bought our cars rather than stole/pillaged etc. ........ but assuming you mean payed without help of another I'd say no. I needed a little help on a down payment. My parents are good people.

ah, I'm just axing (asking, in laymans) mainly because I wanted to post something but could not think of anything cool or imaginative. And, because I jst wanted to get an idea of how many people bought new and how many people didn't (used). Pointless really. but hey.........

I bought mine at 31k. I wish I coulda had it new! Who knows what the previous owner did to my baby.

Bought it new...fresh off the boat from Japan. :lol: Came off the boat, went through customs to the dealer, dealer prepped it, and I picked her up. :D

Got mine new too but it was a dealer swap so it had 100 miles on it.

Got my Scooby new also in 9/2000 with 91 miles on it. Poor thing was abandoned at the back of the dealer, under a tree. :(

I got my '99 new (don't have it anymore though)

01 RS -> New. Came with 152 miles though. They had to drive it in from another city. 140 miles distance from that dealer to my house, leaving 12 unaccounted for. The guy who dropped off the car was an older(50+) guy, very tame and feeble looking. I highly doubt he broke 65 on the freeway...

I waited a LONG time for it to available here in the U.S. and I put down 1/2 so I can afford the daily fill ups it's costing me :confused:

Get this, I bought mine used. A 2001 RS ! It had 12,500 miles on it when I picked it up. Some woman traded it in for an SUV :rolleyes:

Got mine new from the dealer (Royal Moore Subaru in Hillsboro, OR) August 2000 with 47 miles on the clock, but I put 7 of them on for the test drive.

Yeah, I bought mine brand new. I had 28 km on it when I bought it. Yeah, km us Canadians use this system still.

Bought mine new. 3 miles on the ODO. Still even had the plastic on the seats and the tape stuff on the hood. Almost 2 years and 22000 miles later, I still love her :D

I'm borrowing my girlfriends car until I can get a clutch installed on my RS-T

I brought home my RS back in Oct. '99 with 36 on it.

Bought new. A 2001 in Oct. 2001. I year old now, 19k miles, NO problems. I love my car the way I did the first week. Every other car I have had (8), the thrill wore off and I wanted something else. This is my car, it is me, and I will keep it at least though the 60 moths of payments, probably longer. Unless I make it big, then I will get an E46 M3. ;)

Got the 2.5RS new in February, 6 miles on it.
Got the WRX new in May, 4 miles on it.
(Got a new job in January, 10 miles from my apartment. ;) )

new, 7 miles, 12/29/00 Dulles Subaru and I'm still in love.:D

ME! February 21, 2001 19 miles on it at purchase. I put 8 on it during the test drive. :D

My parents got my 01 RS for me new. :) I wasn't asking for a new car. I really just wanted a 97 240sx, but they refused to get me a used car because they don't trust them. I will have a (SR20DET) Silvia one day.
