I'm lookin for a wrx swapped RS or even an L. Just want the body to be in good condition with minimal repairs to it in the past. I'm looking to swap mine but body damage repairs are starting to feel like their gonna come back to haunt me later... aka cheap paint job

Another good place where you can find used and almost new cars at cheap prices is at government auctions (http://www.gov-auctions.org/) as well as police auctions. Here you can find various models and makes of cars which have been seized or are pre-owned. Such cars are available at throw away prices and are available at online auctions.
