every now and then, my car would completely die. like i would go back inmy car and then once i turn my keys to the ignition everything would turn off. but everytime i pop my hood and jiggle wires around my battery power would come back on again. everything seems tight on the battery. could it be a dirty negative terminal? i do have two relays, and two power wires for amps hooked up the the positive terminal of the battery...

If jiggling the wires fixes the problem you have a loose connection. Probably either a loose battery terminal or a bad connection to whichever wire fixes the problem when jiggled. Absolutely first thing to do is to pull off the battery terminal connectors, clean them and make sure they are tightly reinstalled. If that solves the problem, great. If not check the connections at the other ends.

And you don't say HOW you connected your other wires to the positive. Be sure they are not causing a problem.
