Buyer Beware. I sent this guy money for the rear diff and axles about a month ago and guess what I still don't have. I currently have a claim going with Paypal.

Anyone know this guy? He stole $180 dollars from me.

For the record...this is some excerpts from a PM I sent to Mulder regarding this:

There is no question of if I got scammed. Paypal has already ruled in my favor.

On December 13, he PM'd me saying "pickup is friday." Then on the 18th he PM'd me back after I asked about it saying "I am going to try to get things moving tomorrow, things have been crazy with the holiday's. Thanks for not freaking out..." So, obviously there really was no 'scheduled pickup.'

Paypal's email:

You have to love the Ebay and Paypal automatic replies. I am awaiting an answer from MSNBC to do a story regarding Ebay and Paypal scams.
They always do enough to cover their a$$es but do actually nothing to help consumers. If they were truly a 100% legit business they would insure 100% of purchases.

My friend i am sorry about your case. But it seems that is a common thing for ebay/paypal to 'investigate' the hell out of your case, rule in your favour and 'oops there is no money to get sorry' with the same story about the source of funds. I just got kicked in the nuts by them this week also.

I guess if we all start scamming eachother and then suddenly close our accounts when a dispute is filed then its ok then. Isnt it Mr. Ebay?

And you notice that there is nothing in that message about prohibiting this person/IP/bank information from use of there site. 'We will give you a warning' WTF is that!!? you scam somebody out of there hard earned money and get away with it and you get a 'WARNING.'

If i go to a casino and cheat the house and thus the other players, then they catch me... what happens? You get kicked off the property and prohibited from returning. And if try to come back they call the police and site you for trespassing or worse. What is the problem for these ebay people?

I wrote the CEO and public Relations specialist of Paypal/ Ebay since they are connected. I told them I was writing MSMBC about problems I have been having, people listing items under my accounts ect. Ebay told me I need to respond to questions from members regarding items I know nothing about. Then ebay sends me messages that I need to change my PW because someone has been into my account.
I have heard no reply from ebay or paypal regarding these issues. They think that the little man has no recourse, but when and If I get a response from MSNBC I will solicit NASIOC members for replies with problems you are having.
I just wish there was another way to do general business with people. Ebay started out good but has been a sham for the past several years. There was a big story done on the Canadian TV station, they are having the same problems we are but they were the first that I know of to bring the problem to the general public.
