Hey guys
I am an avid fan of the Subaru WRX and have been for a while because of its AWD smooth handling and control, not to mention it's fast and sporty. I want a WRX but REALLY want an STi. Will the STi ever be available in the USA? I really want this car:

most reliable rumor is 2004 model year... rumors on price are 29k all the way up to 42k... IMHO... I'm betting on $36k or so (based on jspec/uk spec pricing).

step 1: go to a different country with better cars than most of what we get here. ie, UK, Japan, etc.
step 2: buy WRX STi

ack.. i'm so tired of this topic... yeah the STi is hot, but all of you STi mopers needs to be thankful that we got the WRX at all!!
i'd hate to see this forum if the 02 Impreza was released with the 2.5RS/TS as the top model with no turbo.
meantime, put some light mods on your WRX and enjoy it. if we get the STi, fine...

you really want one it will cost you $50,000 usd. Please send either a bank draft or a cashiers check to my account. Then about 2 months later I will deliver a new STi to your door. If you want the steering wheel on the left side and to be able to licence it in your state...well that is a different issue.
