http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1080657just for future reference, don't deal with this guy. he was supposed to sell me the usdm "genome" type muffler. he agreed that 200 shipped would be fine so i sent him a money order for 200 bucks. once he received it, he then decided to tell me that it would be 120 dollars to ship so he didn't want to sell it to me because he wouldn't make enough money off of the sale. he claims he sent me a money order for the 200 dollars. it's been 3 weeks since he supposedly sent the money order and i have not seen any of this money. he has stopped answering and returning e-mails, and phone calls.
i guess since i can't get ahold of him i should contact my local police department? he works for the army so i can't see them being to happy to hear about something like this......

sorry. thanks for posting this for me... however, since he won't answer any type of attempt of communication i doubt he is worried about resolving the issue..

Does he work for the US Army or is he in the Army? If he is in the military it would be VERY easy to get this resolved. I spent 11 years in the US Army and can tell you EXACTLY how to proceed.

You sent him a money order, so you have his address correct? If yes, go get your money.

he said he is in the army. i called the military base where he lives. i was told he's a reservist. i don't really know if that helps. i'm not sure what i can do. if you have an idea, please help me out.

i have his address but he lives in washington state, i live in maryland. it's kinda far to drive. haha

are you sure you got scammed? Do you know if he cashed your money order or if thats the one he supposedly sent back? If not he should have the bottom part of the money order with the numbers on it that he can give to you. I bring this up cause a similare situation happened to a friend of mine on e-bay were a guy sent the money order along with the bottom part to a seller so there was no way of knowing if they cashed it. good luck.

The police report should be worth $200 dollars to you. All these false posts that your making on here and e-mails your sending is called defamation of character and /or slander which you can be sued for. Which you are guilty for due to the fact that there was money sent and because it never reached you, you assumed that gives you the right to give false statements to the thousands of people.


and why is that?? i'm not giving you anything until i get the money you owe me. You have $200 of my money. when i get what is owed to me in the mail, then i'll give you info. so basically just send me my money.....

Before i send anything i need to know the police report number, officers name that took it, station were it was filled and the day. Also what it was for.


that's good because who ever ended up with the money order was the wrong person. you can go ahead and send the exhaust if you want or find some way to get the money i sent to you back to me. i am not someone that likes drama, i just want what is rightfully mine. so i would like one or the other sent to me within the next 2 days. i would appreciate it if you make this situation right. if it's taken care of i'll let the moderators know that it was resolve and we can all go on with our lives.

you're claiming i'm defaming your character and all i've said to people is what happened...now you're posting private messages to the public's eye to make me look bad. that seems like you are trying to make me look bad. hmmm, oh and now everyone can see that you admit you have my $200. so i think you need to send it back to me as soon as possible. You're just making yourself look worse by not taking care of the problem so it will just go away and no one will have to worry about it anymore.
