Yep. They are from WorldOne Industries.

Right. $1400-1600 is for just gears. This looks like the whole tranny, right? case, diff's, gears, fly, and clutch.

Sorry guys, I could have been more specific.

This is a complete WRX 5 speed that was rebuilt with cryo treated RA STi gears and new bearing/syncros. No flywheel, clutch.

it is easy to build these trannys so if you take $1600 and your own time which is about a day you could build yourself one

sure, it's easy if you're a trained professional with all the specialty tools required to build subaru transmissions...but for the rest of us, it's actually pretty flippin hard.

i have the same gears in my wrx...they're indestructable. I love them, they do make a little bit more noise cause they're harder and cryo'd but besides that they are bad ass.

Far from indestructible but much better than the '02 narrow gears.

far from indestructable....when you start throwing down numbers in the 300+ awhp range youll break them...search around lots of people do....thats why im not even considering, going straight to ppgs....they arent indestructable either, but no one has ever broken one to the best of my knowledge....

Nah, I've done 2. I'm not an ASE mechanic, just a DIY'er. all you need is a bearing press and a couple of large thin wall sockets.

That was also found to be due to a manufacturing defect and was warrantied.
