Yep thats right after a month of telling the dealership that there tranny rebuild was done wrong it broke! Allow me to explain more! If you havent herd about my ordeal I'll include a list of links at the bottom that have to deal with my problem.
here we go
I decided after writing that that some of us may want a smaller version so if u need more details read down further!

condensed version!
dealer rebuilt clutch
In my opion did it wrong
I complained and they said it was fine and safe
Found a leak and on my way to have them fix it something in the car snapped and all hell broke loose!(4 more detail read next passage)

long version

About 2 month ago my car went in the shop and they told me I needed the 3,4,5 gears replaced they did the work and a month ago the car came out of the shop. The day I picked it up the car was a mess! The car shuttered everytime I let go of the clutch. and there was a ton of play in the shift knob! Turns out the bushing was bad and when they did the work it fell out. I had to pay for the replacement. But from the day I complained about the car not being right they told me it was fine and there wasn't any problem with it. I kept noticing that there was a smell of tranny oil coming from the car so I went and checked it and sure enough the fluid was close to empty. So I decided to take it to the dealer and on my way over as I was getting off of a ramp I herd snap and the car was stuck in 3rd gear At the time I was very lightly easing off the clutch and when I herd the snap the clutch fully engaged causing the car to slow VERY fast on ramp I tried to take it out of gear but it wouldn't budge! Finally once I got it off the road I yanked the knob into netural and checked by pushing it back and forth. I eased off the clutch as I was getting out of the car and the car took off then stalled. I guess the car never got to netural! Now Im stuck on a ramp and worried about getting hit so I try to put it in first second and third gear... wouldn't go in. next fith worked but I couldn't nove the car. so forth. worked so I hit the gas and got it moving... then put it into netural. worked this time I coasted off the ramp hearing grinding ans scraping so I have no clue what happened! the dealer ship said he would call a tow truck but I WOULD HAVE TO PAY? So I called AAA and ended up paying $10 to get the dealers mistake back to them. They wouldn't loan me a car cause they dont have any loaners and WOULD NOT let me drive a new car! They did give me a ride to my uncle's shop so I could Borrow his truck.(how nice) And right now thats where we stand!

Other thing I THINK THE DEALER BROKE OR SCREWED UP ON!
Warped flywheel(new)
lost the shifter bushing
stained floormats
dented roof
did not rebuild tranny right
And a seal leaked

BUT HEY ITS NOT BAD FOR THERE FIRST TIME
(the mech. went to school for trannys just to work on my car)

Jim's cars a mess. They've screwed me and him over plenty of times too - wheel bearings here, knocking engine there, appointments missed, work not done. They say they only have 2 techs everytime I go there and their service bay has about 10-15 lifts. Its huge, you could definitely hit 35 mph before ramming a wall.

In all seriousness - what would you do if you were Jim? They really do mess with us there (us being women, men, teenagers). Is there someone you would talk to?

-update - the Jims told me the Subaru Rep's coming out to check his car out.
