Don't know if any of you get/read Consumer Reports, but the WRX was rated highest in it's class (subcompact sports cars?) for reliability, safety, and performance in this month's issue.

My mother called me to tell me I made a "wise decision." This, from a woman who told me i had no need for a new car and that I was throwing my money away.
