I have paid for this item back in october and sent him my hks turbo timer for a trade. I have yet to recieve the arc pulley cover. His story states he sent it USPS, which unfortunately does not give traking numbers if its going outside of the states. he tells me to expect it in 4-6 business days...nothing. I email him saiys it may take 3 weeks since its going to Canada... nothing. I email him again and he tells me it might take three months and things get lost in the mail. It has almost 6 MONTHS and I have not recieved the cover. I have sent him a PM on the 12th of Feb, he has not read it and he was last logged on 13th Feb. I want my timer and money back, or send the fricken cover.

Cliff notes:

recieves my money and timer
then 3 weeks
then 3 months
starts to ignore my pm's
me=scammed

Yet another Christmas $ scam. What a loser.

he has given me a receipt # and a customs #. for all i know this could have been used for a previous transaction as putting the customs # in the USPS website states that it was sent back to the place he RENTS. he then goes on to say he would drive to see if it had been sent there on the 23rd of JANUARY. i have not heard from him since.

i also cannot file a dispute with paypal because it has been over 45 days since the transaction. i trusted a member with positive feedback that he would keep his word and make good on the end of his deal and that it would arrive here as he said, but no dice.

Just call his local PD, if you need help send me a PM with his info and I will give you tel # to his local pd, US Postal Service ect.

I am good at hunting down scammers and have a 3-3 record here at NASIOC.

in retrospect i wish i would have done that. but being new to the online purchasing thing i was hoping things would get sorted out. like i said he had positive member feedback rating so i held him true to his word. it was not until recently he started ignoring my pm's i became concerned. i now know how long to wait if this were to happen again.

yea because everyone who i have done business with on this club 90% of them 1000 dollars plus laughed when I told them of this non sense.

It's not the amount of money in question, it's the morale. Don't tell me it will take X amount of time and keep saying it'll get there and say things get lost in the mail. When you found that it was not at the residence you RENT you should have contacted me and told me so and I would not have posted anything. So yes please send my timer back and a refund of $61.80

Tracking #'s and customs declenations mean almost nothing to the receiver. The shipper is the one that has to file any type of claim. You have taken advantage of another member of NASIOC because you think you can get over on him because he is in Canada.
If you are an honest person you would be checking on the item you reportedly shipped, because thats how good minded people show compassion towards others.
The fact that you tell him you have done everything by giving him a couple useless #'s means you really know you didnt ship them.
Members such as yourself should have a sub UN as "selling scammer" to warn others and or "Banned through your IP addy".
You say that 90% of your shipping transactions are over $1000, however the only two you have here dont even total $1000.
If the member requests me to contact local law enforcement and the USPS inspecting general on you, I will, that's a guarantee. All USPS shipping scams are class "B" Felonies here so I sugguest you send him his money and TT.

$80 may not be much to you, but it probably means more to you than you are letting on.
People earn their money some work a lot harder than others, but it is theirs to help them complete lifes daily transactions, not be ripped off. You do not know the OP's financial situation so for you to try to degrade him by trying to make him feel bad about the $ that you stole is just a load of crap.

bextrex84- It was not a threat it was a promise, if this guy does not get his money and TT refunded I will contact the Police Dept in which you live. Tell that to your "Moderator" buddy. I threatened you with law enforcement action, this is not personal it is strictly business.

Hey JR let me tell ya something, I understand your motive but not everyone out there is out to get people, sometimes things do happen, I dont know what you do but I have been doing some observing on you in other threads and some things are pretty outragous. I real scammer wouldnt care if you called the president of the united states on him, He got his and thats all they care about.
