I cannot find the plastic, phillips head adjustment rods/screws which are supposedly located in the engine compartment. Can anybody help?

open the hood and look at the back of the headlight.

there will be a screw attached to a gear mechanism, it's located right below the place where the turn signal bulb is inserted.

you can either turn the screw or the plastic gear.
