Set of Hella 1000FF Driving Lights.
I mod these lights with stock connectors so they are plug and play on 02~03 WRX. Comes with Hella WRX brackets for direct bolt on.

These lights will only take 12V 55W H1 bulb (comes with the lights) otherwise it will kill your fog light fuse like crazy.

I will include Hella wiring kit to connect these lights direct to battery then you can use 100W bulbs. I will also supply a set of yellow 100W bulbs.

These are not pencil nor fog...
They are driving lights which shoots pretty far but not as far as pencil, however they are little wider than pencil.

Fog are just too close for everyday driving.

Where the light and bracket attach only offer limited adjustment.
Like you said, they aim pretty high even you aim it lowest possible.
The mounting bracket itself needs to be adjusted. (Force it to bend downward a little)

It was PITA to adjust these lights at first, now it is lot easier since I have the bracket bent to almost the right degree.

they will not work on the 04 05 unless you fabricate a bracket and take off your fog covers, and then they will need to protrude. you could mount these to a lightbar, but that would be a waste of the supplied mounting brackets and you'd need the bar mounts.

these are great lights, i have them with their own relay harness and they're great for driving, saved me from a couple animals and speed traps! (and other dangers that lurk just off the road)
