is the foglight the passenger or drivers side foglight? I am assuming its the large one...

It's a Black Diamond Pearl bumper and yes, I still have it.

how much for the fog HIDs picked up? Direct plug and play?

The H3 HIDs are plug and play, but I don't know if they fit into the stock foglights. I've honestly never had the chance to try to get them in, though they might not fit since the HID bulbs are longer than stock bulbs. You should do a search and check to make sure they will work for you. If they do and you want to pick them up, i'll let them go for $225.

im on long island. no the 98s are the same as the L, which I believe are the same as the Canadian bumpers.
