Is it like you have an instructuion sheet that says to tap into a parking light wire but you don't know which one it is? I don't have a wiring diagram for that year but maybe there's something about it on Scoobymods, filed under "RS fog light mod".

I ran the green wire from the relay (86) to the switch, 12v from battery to switch, and ground from switch to under the fuse box under driver's side dash. I'm not a wiring expert, but I didn't want to tap into any factory wiring for the fact that I wanted to run high beams and fog lights. I'm not sure if tapping into the factory wiring would prevent this, but I did it the only way I knew how. I took photos of the install, but just a minute ago when I was going to upload into photobucket, my memory stick crapped out.
I used a self-tapping screw right behind the driver's side fog light cover, I don't have stock fog lights, to ground the fog lights. I mounted some Hella FF50's, what lights are you installing?
This link has some wiring instructions for Hellas, but should help:

Your car probably already has wiring for fog lights.
Look at the wiring loom going to the driver side headlight, right in front of the battery. If there is a two conductor connector that is not hooked up to anything hanging out of that loom, it's probably the fog light wiring.
Add a relay to the socket by the fuse panel, add a stock fog light switch, then make a harness from the connector to the fog lights.
