A month ago I was on a canyon run when my friend said he saw flame come from my exhaust. And recently I have been getting a little more exhaust popping just running around town. What does it mean when you have flame come from your exhaust, and what is up with the loud popping? Is it backfire? Is it normal or is it something to worry about?

i had a complete catless sytem and i never spit fire =( But thats a question i had how come some people do and some dont!
