What wire am I soppost to splice into to get an air fuel ratio guage to work? I has one wire for power, on for ground, and one for ether the MAF or O2 sender wire.
Thanx in advance.

Depends what you mean by "work". If you actually want to see what your A/F is you'll need to put this gauge back in the box and get a wideband.

Not for my car but that responce was a zinger  . He is just using it for fuel economy and he has no need for a wide band sense he has a basic VF39/ UTEC upgrade.
I'll try and a "simpler" question. What wire do I have to splice into to get the crappy gauge to read "rich thru lean" when it needs to?

take the purple wire coming from the crappy gauge and slice it into the white one coming from the o2 sensor. Viola, instant light show from a narrowband. Nick

If all he wants it for is fuel economy, he'll get better results with a plain ol' boost gauge. Maybe he already has one.
That A/F gauge will make him nuts if he tries to drive by it.

Again, his car; not mine. He has a Boost gauge and the air/fuel ratio gauge isn't one of those autometer LED type is just a needle. Installed it yesterday and he dosen't seem to mind... yet. I personally don't like it ether but I have a wideband, but whatever floats his boat means more work for me.
Thanx for the help.
