Hi I have a 04 legacy with 2 problems the first one when the car starts up the throttle is hard to push until it runs for a few minutes does anyone have a idea whats causeing this and the second one there is coolant on the drivers side of the engine I guessing its the bottom of the head would a stop leak fix this problem or does the head have to come off and how big of a project is this thanks any info would be helpfull

Problem A: No clue.
Problem B: Your engine is prone to headgasket failure, and may be covered by a 100k warranty. If you believe this is the problem, take it to the dealer.
